Listicious

Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026.

These are plain-language terms for using Listicious. By using the site, you agree to them.

Using Listicious

Listicious lets you build a wishlist and share it. You're responsible for what you add to a list — don't post anything illegal, abusive, or that you don't have the right to share. We can remove content or suspend an account that breaks this.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Let us know if you think your account has been compromised.

Reservations aren't a purchase guarantee

Reserving or marking an item as purchased on someone's list is just a courtesy signal to other visitors — it's not a transaction, and Listicious isn't involved in any purchase. We don't process payments, and we're not responsible for whether a reserved gift actually gets bought, delivered, or matches the product a link pointed to.

Outbound retailer links

Product links take you to third-party retailer websites we don't control. Some of those links may, now or in the future, be affiliate links — meaning Listicious could earn a commission on a resulting purchase, at no extra cost to you. We're not responsible for retailer pricing, availability, or the content of those sites.

No warranty

Listicious is provided “as is.” We try to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Listicious isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including a gift not turning out the way you hoped.

Changes to these terms

If these change meaningfully, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
